Randy Maxwell, Vice President
  • Graduate of Indiana University Kelly School of Business w/ concentration in Real Estate
  • Co-founder and co-owner of several local businesses
  • Directly responsible for day-to-day development operations
Jeff Lyness, Vice President
  • Graduate of Purdue University, Construction Engineering and Management
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Directly responsible for ongoing construction operations
John H. Maxwell, Vice President
  • Responsible for day-to-day Field Operations
  • All field personnel report to John
